What are your store opening times?
Our store is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. We are closed on weekends but respond to email enquiries within 48 hours during our opening hours.

Are your cookies suitable for vegetarians and halal?
Yes, all of our cookies are suitable for vegetarians and are made with halal ingredients.

How do you ensure the freshness of the cookies during shipping?
We bake our cookies fresh to order and package them securely to maintain their freshness. We use insulated packaging to protect them during transit.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post with tracking. We will inform you once your order has been shipped. Orders are sent out on Fridays.
